How do you manage "What TO DO"?

Either you can write "what TO DO" on the planner or if you want to use the computer, you may use the notepad application or the Post-it kind of software that has "the simple memo functions".

Managing what TO DO is very simple and strong way to organize yourself. You must know well how difficult it is to remember and control all the things that happen around you.
While using a planner is a very powerful method, there are a few weaknesses including that the data can be lost and that it is not appropriate for other purposes

Both Notepad and other present TODO programs for personal computers also have negative sides; 1) they must be used in only one computer, 2) they are not easily shared with other services.

MYTODO (mytodo.org) is a very simple web service that can record TODO as you do on your paper planner.
The most valuable feature of MYTODO is "Simplicity", because most complexities are removed as much as possible in order to make it  the most user-friendly service.
Since MYTODO is a web-based program, you can handle what TO DO containing the same contents whenever or wherever  the computer has an active "Browser" and the internet service is available.

MYTODO not only is manageable through interworking with Google Calendar, but also contains the important features of Web2.0 including Open API in order to make it usable through other services.

MYTODO also supports Android phone.

You can check "TODO", which is prepared on the web, from Android phone and vise versa.
In other words they are perfectly interworking together.

If you want to use MYTODO through Android phone, log in (http://mytodo.org) and create OpenAPI key from the menu Configuration prior to registering "OpenAPI Key" in Android phone.

  1. Save Google Account for alarm function.

(see also: Can I check my calendar information via SMS?)

  2. Set your time zone.
  3. create OpenAPI key.
  4. Save.

And register OpenAPI key

that's all.

thank you.
